Reverend Joseph T. Lee is an Ordained Minister as well as a Christian businessman. He works as a Co-Vocational Minister in the Marketplace and Community. He attended Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC during his Freshman and Sophomore years. He left college to pursue police work and later went back to college at 56 years old and obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree from Bluefield College in 2015. He then went on to seminary and attended the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University, graduating with a Masters in Pastoral Ministries in 2018.

Rev. Lee is married to his wife, Diane. They have one child, Corrie Faith.

My faith

Rev. Lee came to Jesus Christ at the age of 13. Unfortunately, he fell away when he first went off to college. It was a few years later that he became a law enforcement officer. A drunken and  crazed man attempted to kill his training officer and himself.  God protected both of them through that ordeal. It was later that Jesus Christ transformed his heart and radically changed him. When asked about this, he said, "I really feel like this was the point of my true conversion. From that point forward, I sought out to tell everyone about the saving grace of Jesus Christ. It is a lifestyle change and I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, He died for our sins, and on the third day in the tomb, He rose from the grave." As John 3:17 reads, "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save it!"

My involvement

Our involvement in ministry is very simple. Jesus gave us a commandment that we were to love God with all of our hearts, soul, and mind; and to love our neighbor as ourselves (cf. Matthew 22:37-40). If we really love our neighbor, we will also want to share our faith. That is why I established this ministry, to share the gospel of Jesus Christ by carrying and engaging the gospel of Jesus into the marketplace and community. This is done by listening to Divine Appointments, sharing faith with those hurting and in need, visiting the sick while in the hospital, and loving those who cannot help themselves.  As a Marketplace Pastor, it is my goal to train other leaders and new Believers in how to share their faith and make them into Disciple-Makers for Jesus Christ. Our ministry provides Bibles worldwide through The Gideons International and Sunshine Ministries, which supports orphans in Dominican Republic.
